3rd session. In my work bathroom. just a maintenance 1 set session

No pictures. yesterday at about 6pm i did a fast single set of stretches in my work bathroom, it took me some 7 minutes. I hadn't taken cream with me, i should have, so i used saliva which is a good alternative in case of emergency. The skin at the penis base was hurting a little. No bleeding this time.

How each session works

Every session of the penis yoga is comprised by 3 sets of stretches. Before each set the penis must be erected and tied with the pantyhose with 3 alternate knots at its base, in order to keep the blood stagnated. After this stress, we lose excitation and the penis tend to get flaccid but with the blood caught in it turns into a 'pork sausage', ready to be stretched. With the stretching movements the muscle fibers get expanded by the blood and intercellular fluid that try to pass through every gap, this increase the size immediatelly, and then the muscular micro tears, thanks to the regularity, give the permanent effect
